Penelope is the most generous and sympathetic person on the planet. This isn't just because she is engaged to Kelley. I only attribute about 55 - 65% of her character make-up to that. Outside this, she is always there doing nice stuff and things, like baking cakes. She is a great baker. The other thing that must be said about Penelope is that she has unquestionable loyalty. I can't think of how many 'It's not too late'/'Plenty of fish in the sea'/'Don't sell yourself short' type conversations I have had with her, but she has never wavered once, despite having a completely rational disposition. It's a noble and appreciated trait, invaluable to the group.
